The purpose of this blog is to document the trade history of an account using Phil’s X2 from the website PhilsGang.com Phil’s X2 is a trend following software which allows a user to make decisions off of momentum, money flow and the prevailing trend.
Phil’s challenge was to have a 25 year old simply trade the S&P 500 index using the X2. The performance over time will easily outpace the regular index returns. The algorthim is simple, go long when its blue and go short when its orange.
