Today surprised me with an excellent article from LinkedIn about NetFlix’s culture:

The culture described in the article completely makes sense. I applaud NetFlix for having the wisdom to stay the course. The dividends payed off handsomely. The open and honest approach truly shows a respect for employees & a desire to dominate their market niche. An excellent article well worth the five minutes to read.
